The Design Process
During the design process, we may transfer various phases of your site (i.e. graphics, backgrounds, etc.)
to the server and notify you of the specific location via email. You can then review these phases of development of your site and provide us with feedback. When the final proof is available,
we will notify you via email and you will be able to proof the finished version of your site. When you are 100% satisfied, simply remit the balance of your account.
Services that are above and beyond the quoted price & terms may be billed at a maximum hourly rate of $20.00.
Client will be notified of any additional charges in advance for approval!

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to start work on your web site.
We accept credit card payment.

Text
All text that is to be placed onto the The Client's Web Pages must be submitted to Protect hosting via email attachment in any format.

Graphics
The Client will be responsible for supplying Protect hosting with any special graphics or logos. Protect hosting may, with The Clients approval, choose to include stock graphics, buttons, backgrounds and/or animations as part of the overall web page design.

ISP and Server Charges
The Client understands and realizes that basic contract does not provide ISP (Internet Service Provider) services or a Web Hosting server.
It is to be understood by The Client that the charges for an ISP and Web Server (Host) are not included in the prices charged by Protect hosting for web development.
Unless otherwise noted, the Client must be responsible for their own internet connection and its own web space on a Web Server.
With design service you can order and web hosting service from Protect hosting.

Search Engines
If Protect hosting will make search engine optimisation and will list your web site with the search engines

using the appropriate keywords and descriptions, The Client understands and realizes that Protect hosting does not control of placement of the Client's Web Pages or Web Site by these search engines.

Protect hosting reserves the right to place an icon and/or text link on all Web Pages and Web Sites that it creates and maintains that will redirect interested visitors back to the Web Site of Protect hosting.
In addition, Protect hosting reserves the right to have a link to the Client's Web Site or Web Pages on the Protect hosting Web Site as a promotional tool.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Reservation of Rights and Limitation of Protect hosting Liability
a. Protect hosting intends to use its best efforts to ensure all Internet/World Wide Web Pages are published in a timely fashion. However, Protect hosting acknowledges and Client agrees that mishaps, including but not limited to errors, omissions, and delays may occur for any number of reasons.
Accordingly, the client agrees that in the event an error occurs, Protect hosting liability in monetary damages shall directly relate to the degree of error made in context to the total pages, but in no event shall such liability exceed an amount equal to that paid for the page items omitted, or page in which the error occurs.

Copyrights and Trademarks
a. Client assumes full responsibility for and warrants that it is the owner of or is entitled to use any copyrights, trademarks and trade names in its Pages that is supplied by the Client.
Client agrees to defend and indemnify Protect hosting from all claims, losses and judgments arising from or claimed to have arisen from the use of such marks and names, together with any expenses, attorney fees and court costs incurred by Protect hosting.

b. Client warrants that it is authorized to engage in the business or profession described in the Pages. Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Protect hosting harmless for any and all damages arising from any claims that do not meet the requirements of state or federal laws prohibiting false, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading advertising, or that otherwise fails to comply with any other standard applicable to Client.
